Trevor Denton directs teams of creatives in developing media content designed to connect with target audiences through meaningful storytelling techniques. During college at Arizona State he started a profitable event promotions company, then spent time after college in sales and office administration before eventually coming into his own as a creative writer and producer of videos and audio media by 2011. As Media Director and Chief Creative Officer at Grandview Creative, until 2017, he directed creative projects for publishing clients McGraw-Hill Education and Pearson. He currently does video production, graphic design and brand storytelling for the Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality. Trevor has spent nearly his whole life in the Phoenix area with a passion for hiking and camping around the Sonoran Desert and Tonto National Forest. A lifetime musician and author of two short books about organizational storytelling and writing, his interests and hobbies tend to constantly evolve. But his life’s focus has always been connecting to audiences through creative content, be it video, podcasts, blogs, novels, design or photography. He and his wife Ashley, who ran an award-winning lifestyle blog together through 2014, have recently welcomed their firstborn, Otis, into their lives.
